All our cheeses are hand-cut fresh from the knife for you. Because this is true traditional craftsmanship, no piece of cheese can be cut to the exact gram.

Our promise to you: We prefer to cut your cheese a little generously rather than too little. So you will always receive at least the ordered weight, and often a few grams extra. That extra piece is on the house!
